Part-Time Commission Sales Representative

Overview

FirstLine Intelligence Systems is looking for a part-time, commission-based sales representative to help bring Narrative AI to law enforcement agencies across the country. This is a flexible role with no fixed hours — you work your network, schedule demos with our team, and earn a competitive commission on every contract you close.

What you’ll do

• Identify and reach out to law enforcement agencies as prospective clients
• Coordinate with the FirstLine team to schedule product demonstrations
• Support agencies through the pilot-to-contract conversion process
• Represent the Narrative AI brand with professionalism and integrity

Who we’re looking for

The ideal candidate has existing relationships in law enforcement, public safety, or government technology. Prior experience selling software or tech solutions to police departments, sheriff’s offices, or municipal agencies is a strong advantage.

No technical background is required — our team handles all product training and demo support. You bring the relationships; we’ll do the rest.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position. Representatives earn a competitive percentage of each contract value upon close. Given the platform’s strong pilot-to-close conversion rate and typical contract sizes, top performers have significant income potential with full scheduling flexibility.
