This notice describes how FirstLine Intelligence Systems handles information collected through firstlineis.com and through our platforms, Narrative AI and FirstLine FTO.

Agency records created inside a FirstLine platform are governed by the agreement between FirstLine and that agency, not by this notice. Where the two differ, the agency agreement controls.

If you contact us, we receive what you send us — typically your name, email address, agency, role, and the content of your message. We use it to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about a demonstration or pilot.

We do not sell contact information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

The agency owns its data. Records created in a FirstLine platform belong to the agency, not to FirstLine.

Access is role-based and scoped to the agency, and is enforced on the server for every request.

Report content processed by Narrative AI is sent to a third-party large language model provider with retention disabled on every call, and is not used to train AI models.

Agency data is retained for the term of the agency agreement and handled on termination according to that agreement. Contact us to arrange an export or to confirm handling of remaining data.

Inquiries sent through this website are retained only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the correspondence.

To ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request its deletion, contact us. Requests concerning agency records held in a FirstLine platform should be directed to the agency that controls those records.

We may update this notice as our platforms and practices change. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
