Narrative AI is an AI-powered incident report writing platform that enables officers to dictate reports by voice and receive a complete, professionally structured draft within seconds. The platform is currently deployed with agencies in Texas and has active pilots launching across additional states in 2026.

About the role

This is a flexible, part-time position ideal for individuals with existing relationships in public safety, law enforcement, or government technology sales. The role is fully commission-based, offering significant earning potential tied directly to closed contracts.

• Identify and engage law enforcement agencies as prospective clients
• Coordinate with the FirstLine team to schedule product demonstrations
• Support agencies through the pilot-to-contract conversion process
• Represent the Narrative AI brand with professionalism and integrity

Ideal candidate

The ideal candidate has a background in law enforcement, public safety technology, or B2G (business-to-government) sales. Prior experience selling software or technology solutions to police departments, sheriff’s offices, or municipal agencies is a strong advantage. No technical background is required — our team provides all product training and demonstration support.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position. Representatives earn a competitive percentage of each contract value upon close. Given the platform’s strong pilot-to-close conversion rate and typical contract sizes, top performers have significant income potential while maintaining full scheduling flexibility.
